By booking a Trusted Property Checks inspection, you agree to the following terms. If you have any questions before booking, please contact us at mark@trustedpropertychecks.co.uk.

1 Service Provided

Trusted Property Checks provides a visual plumbing, heating and water system inspection designed to give buyers, homeowners, landlords or agents a clearer understanding of the visible condition of the property's plumbing and heating systems at the time of inspection.

The inspection is non-invasive and is based on what is visible and accessible on the day.

2 What Is Included

The entry-level inspection includes:

3 What Is Not Included

This inspection is not:

No parts of the property will be opened up, removed, dismantled or tested beyond the agreed visual inspection unless separately agreed in writing.

4 Access

The customer is responsible for ensuring safe and suitable access to the property, boiler, heating controls, airing cupboards, stop taps, tanks, cylinders and any other relevant areas.

If access is restricted, the report will be limited to the areas available at the time.

5 Report Validity

The inspection report reflects the visible condition of the plumbing and heating systems on the date and time of inspection only.

The report is valid for 30 days from the date of inspection.

After 30 days, the condition of the system may have changed and Trusted Property Checks cannot confirm that the report remains accurate without a further inspection.

6 Payment

Payment is required at the time of booking unless agreed otherwise in writing. Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received.

7 Cancellation and Rescheduling

Customers booking online may have a 14-day cancellation period under UK consumer rules. If you request the inspection to take place within this 14-day period, you agree that the service may begin before the cancellation period has ended. If the inspection has been completed, you acknowledge that the service has been provided.

Appointments may be rescheduled subject to availability.

8 Limitations of Liability

Trusted Property Checks will carry out the inspection with reasonable care and skill.

The report is intended to provide professional observations and guidance only. It should not be relied upon as a substitute for specialist testing, certification, intrusive investigation or further contractor quotations where recommended.

9 Recommendations

Any recommendations made in the report are based on visible findings and professional opinion at the time of inspection. Further investigation, servicing or repair may be advised where defects, age-related concerns or safety concerns are identified.
